Autonomic Governance Acceptance

By deploying BlurredBox AGD, you explicitly authorize the autonomic governance kernel to perform deterministic overrides — including immediate process termination (SIGKILL) — when policy violations or critical failure predictions occur.

Operational Risk & Force Majeure

BlurredBox Technologies is not liable for data corruption, system instability, or downtime resulting from an autonomous action taken by the AGD. You acknowledge that hard-enforcement is an intentional feature designed to prevent catastrophic model failure at the cost of immediate execution termination.

Prohibited Exploitation

• Interfering with the message bus or bypassing native enforcement-layer authorization.
• Submitting fraudulent telemetry data to manipulate governance outcomes.
• Reverse engineering the predictive core or policy compilation logic.

Billing & Allocation Quotas

Plan allocations are calculated based on registered model volume. Failure to settle invoices results in a restricted "safe mode" state, where autonomic actions are disabled but monitoring persists for safety audits.
